The Company reserves the right to increase the price at any point of time and the price on the date shall not apply.
Electric connection charges, Stamp duty, Registration charges, Legal documentations and other statutory charges will be extra as applicable.
The company would pay penalty to its customer @ Rs.5/- per sq. ft. per month for any handling over the Flat beyond the committed period of 12 months from the date of allotment. Similarly the Flat owner would be liable to pay the holding charges @ 5/- per sq. ft. per month if he fails to take possession with in 30 days from the date of issue of letter of possession. |
