Structure
All Load bearing walls shall be of bricks. R.C.C. columns & beams will be provided as per the structural design requirement. The entire structure will be earthquake resistant.

Flooring
All flooring will be of vitrified tiles or marble in granite finish. All Bedrooms with wooden flooring.

Toilets
Ceramic glazed tiles of Johnsons / Bell / Somany / Orient etc. in pleasing shades upto 6' 9" height in each toilet shall be used. Cera / Hindustan / Parryware make chinaware shall be provided.

Kitchen
Having vitrified tiles and granite working slab with 2' high ceramic tiles, with semi-modular kitchen shall have electric chimney, stainless steel taps for running geyser and tank water & necessary wood work shall also be done.

Doors & Windows
All chowkhats, and window shutters shall be of Marandi wood. Flush door shutters duly painted with enamel. Aluminium doors & windows fitting with mortice locks will be provided for complete safety of valuables.

Exterior
The exterior shall be finished with external coating of Asian make Ace having life of more than 5 years.

Interiors
Internal walls shall be plastered and painted with oil bound of Asian make distemper. POP cornice and design shall be provided on the ceilings of the bedrooms. The drawing room will be decorated with false ceiling of POP.

Electricals
Concealed wiring in conduits with ISI mark shall be provided. Copper wire of ISI mark shall be used. ISI marked Modular switches (Maru) Maxx Mumbai ISI mark shall be installed. Television, telephone, light & power points shall be provided at required places.

Water Supply
Jindal make 'B" Class G.I. Pipes & UCO/SVW/Jindal make G.I. fitting shall be provided for water supply. Each apartment shall be provided with an independent water storage tank. All PVC, C.I. Pipes & C.I. fittings to be used will be of ISI Mark & PP Pipes.
